RAPID ACCU-FORM, INC. is a leader in fast, accurate, competitively priced thermoforming, pressure forming and vacuum forming of plastics, earning the title of "Thermoforming Specialists".

Pressure forming is a thermoforming technique that provides enhanced detail and better dimensional control often required by many OEM manufacturers, including medical devices mannufactures, telecommunications equipment, and many industrial products.

Our unique equipment mix allows us to efficiently run ABS, HIS, FRABS, PETG, HDPE, Kydex, Polycarbonate, P95 Acrylic, Polypropylene and Acrylic. Sheet sizes range from 8" x 8" up to 62" x 122". Material thickness from .015" to .500" allows us to run a wide range of parts. Our draw depth goes to 28". We can handle both small run quantities up to multiple semi-truck loads.

Our smallest thermoforming machine can process plastic sheet size to 21" x 21" ideal for smaller parts.

We have 3 forming machines for sheet size up to 39" x 54". These are our 'workhorse' machines for many of our larger production runs.

Our 'Dual Feed', energy efficient pressure forming machine, allows us to form parts using sheet size up to 54" x 78" with increased productivity.

Finally, our newest and largest energy efficient pressure forming machine, sheet size 62" x 122", allows us to form very large parts and intricate shapes.

Our 3 axis and 5 axis Thermwood CNC routers allow us to 'finish trim' parts accurately & efficiently.
