Pressure forming is a thermoforming technique that provides enhanced detail and better dimensional control often required by many OEM manufacturers, including medical devices, telecommunications, and aerospace satellites.

Our unique equipment mix allows us to efficiently run ABS, HIS, FRABS, PETG, HDPE, Kydex, Polycarbonate, P95 Acrylic, Polypropylene and Acrylic sheet sizes 8" x 8" up to 54" x 78". Material thickness from .015" to .500" allows us to run a wide range of parts. Our draw depth goes to 28". We can handle both small quantities and multiple truck loads.

Our smallest thermoforming machine can form plastic sheet size to 21" x 21".

We have 3 forming machines for those larger jobs. We can form sheet size to 39" x 54".

Finally, our newest, double ender, energy efficient pressure forming machine, allows us to form parts using sheet size to 54" x 78".

Our 3 and 5 axis Thermwood CNC routers can trim your parts accurately & efficiently.
