RAPID ACCU-FORM INC. is an Engineer owned and operated California corporation, located half way between San Francisco, CA, and Sacramento, CA, in the Benicia Industrial Park.

We started Rapid Accu-Form in 1975 when Proctor & Gamble needed a tiered wedding cake style display for toothbrushes for Dental Care Week. Most companies we contacted said it couldn’t be done - the draw was too deep and would cost an arm and a leg. So we did what any determined, intelligent person who can’t take “no” for an answer would do - we built our first plastic thermoforming machine, learned everything we could about thermoforming and started Rapid Accu-Form. Over the years, we have grown from 250 square feet and 2 employees to our current space of 30,000 square feet with 5 thermoforming machines, a full service tool & die department, prototype shop, finishing & assembly area and a Quality Assurance department.

Providing total project responsibility and meeting our customer needs while keeping a low overhead which allows us to pass the cost savings on to you.
